- Eligibility & Requirements
A valid national driver’s license and an International Driving Permit (IDP) are required.
The IDP must always be accompanied by the corresponding national driving license.
The IDP is typically valid for up to 3 years, or until the expiration of your national license, whichever comes first.
Riders must have basic riding experience on motorcycles of similar size to those used in the tour.
IDPs issued by Vietnam are not valid for use within Vietnam.
Travel insurance is mandatory.
- Motorcycle Use
Motorcycles are provided in full working condition. Any damage caused during the tour due to negligence or accidents will be the rider’s responsibility.
Riders must follow all local traffic laws and ride responsibly.
The use of protective gear (helmet, gloves, riding jacket, and boots) is mandatory at all times.
- Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
Included: Motorcycle rental, accommodation, fuel (unless otherwise stated), some meals, and guide services.
Not included: Support vehicle, airfare, travel insurance, personal expenses, alcohol, fines or legal fees, and damage repair not covered by insurance.
- Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due 1 day prior to the tour start date.

- Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than [X] days before the tour: [Y]% refund (excluding deposit).
Cancellation less than [X] days before the tour: No refund.
The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour due to weather, safety, or insufficient participants. In such cases, a full refund will be offered.
- Insurance & Liability
Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation is mandatory.
Riders are responsible for any motorcycle insurance deductible in the event of damage.
The tour operator is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
- Behavior & Conduct
Any participant deemed unsafe or disruptive may be removed from the tour without a refund.
The consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during riding is strictly prohibited.
- Force Majeure
The tour operator is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
- Acknowledgment of Risk
Motorcycle touring involves inherent risk. By joining the tour, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at their own discretion and responsibility.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Vietnam.
